How do I place an order?
There are two options: Order online or call us with your order.
What are your methods of payment?
To pay by credit card, please order online.
To pay by cash or check, please view menu online then call us to place order: (410) 414-3246 or 1-(877) 414-3246
To pay by personal check, you must have ordered from us at least twice before. Call us.
Company checks will be accepted on first order.
Do you offer beverages?
Yes. We offer cans of Brisk Tea, Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and Sprite for $.75 each. Just let us know your beverage of choice at the time you call in your order. Click on the DRINKS section of the menu if ordering online.
What is the average delivery time?
The average delivery time is 45-60 minutes. However, large orders, peak hours and/or poor weather conditions can influence the delivery time. An estimated delivery time will be quoted to you when you call in your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order IF the order has not been sent to the restaurant. All orders are sent to the restaurant within minutes of you placing the order. Once the restaurant has received the order, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum delivery order is $10.00 for lunch and 15.00 for dinner for all restaurants unless otherwise noted.
Should I tip the driver?
The drivers are working hard for your convenience. Please tip them accordingly. They would greatly appreciate it!
How do I order out from a restaurant not in my zone?
For a delivery fee of $8.99 you can order from a restaurant that is not in your zone. However, keep in mind, that the food is traveling further at your request. All you have to do is select the zone that the restaurant is in (not where you live). For example, Jerry's Place is in Prince Frederick and you live in Lexington Park. Select Prince Frederick for the zone and enter your information when you check out.
